Reservation Deposit / Cancellation Policy / Cabin Rules
|
|
A $100 reservation deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance will be due the day of check-in. All prices are subject to change unless you are locked into a reservation. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to the arrival date less a $25 administrative fee. If the reservation is canceled within 30 days of the arrival date, refunds will be made only if the property can be re-rented for the entire time of the reservation. You may not change your reservation to a new date or a shorter period of time within 30 days of the arrival date. You may extend your stay only if the unit is available. There will not be any refunds due to weather, malfunctioning equipment, or early departures. We do our best to keep all appliances and amenities, such as TVs, VCR/DVD players, fireplaces, and grills, in working order. If something should break, we will do our best to fix it as quickly as possible during normal working hours. Please inform us of any problems with the cabin as soon as you arrive. Do not rearrange any furniture. You will be responsible for any damages to the property that occur during your stay and/or extra cleaning fees incurred due to the cabin not being left as originally found.

Partial Week Reservations

We do accept 2 night reservations, however, a 3 to 5 night minimum may be required during holidays and peak seasons.

Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Smoking Policy
|
|
All of our cabins are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the property, but we ask that you extinguish all cigarette butts and dispose of them in a trash receptacle.
|
|
Pet Policy
|
|
Our cabins are pet friendly. We require a non-refundable pet fee and limit the number of pets to two. If your pets should cause any damage, you will be responsible for any cost incurred to fix the damage.

Winter Month Advisory
|
|
During the winter months, the weather can change drastically. Stay tuned to TV/Radio/Weather Stations for storm warnings or watches. It is your responsibility to make the necessary preparations and to get in and out of the property in case of snow or bad weather. It is always good to have a 4-wheel drive vehicle during the winter months.
